FIRIS IMPERL & CO. d.n.o. – Developmental Engineering in the Field of Social Assistance is a private family run organisation established in May 1993. We are engaged in managing and co-ordinating some important educational – training programmes and consultancies for professional workers, teams and organisations in the field of Social Assistance. Our trainers are well known slovenian and foreign experts.

FIRIS enhances the quality of social assistance activities in Slovenia.

Our activities are:

• organization and co-ordination of training and educational programmes and seminars for professional workers;
• organization and consultation on quality management by E-Qalin model;
• organization of meetings and excursions to organisations throughout Europe in the field of Social Assistance;
• providing consulting advice on the conceptual framework and architecture of homes for elderly people;
• co-ordination of ''organisation based in-service trainings'' for the staff in Social Assistance institutions;
• publishing publications in the field of Social Assistance.
